Registry Files need checked for damaged or files needed updated.

I am having dill files and other regestry problems and cannot find a fix
anywhere. Also problems with Search saying a file is not found but is listed
in registry and please remove it. I have tried but cannot locate the file.
Please make a program to fix the file registry.
