Registry/Installation Problem

I cannot receive emails- when i try to access my e-mail accounts i get the
message: "The operation failed due to a registry or installation problem.
Restart outlook and try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall" The
only problem is that i have uninstalled outlook and then reinstalled it and i
still have the same problem.

Also, when i try to input an event in my calendar, i get the following
message: "The messaging interface has returned an unkown error. If the
problem persists, restart Outlook" Again, i have restarted outlook (and even
reinstalled!), and the problem continues.

PLEASE HELP!!!! Thank you so much!

CReate a new mail profile under Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles.
Configure it to use your current .pst file.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, MSP asked:
