Dipak Kantelal

I use Office XP with operating system Windows XP Proffessional.
Since couples of weeks when I open Word Application it gives message Error:
Registry key not found.
When I press Ok it opens the new page or the page I wanted to open from the
saved file.
But when I use Outlook to send the message whether new or forward or reply
after writting the message when I hit the send button it send the
message"Interface not registered" and does not send the message nor it saves
in the draft folder. it is making my life very difficult since I am unable to
send the reply to my emails.
Can someone help to solve this probelm?

Hi Dipak,

Try this: On the Start menu, click Run. In the box, type

winword.exe /r

and click OK. You won't see anything happen on screen, but Word will rewrite
all its registry entries. Then try opening Word and Outlook.

Hi, Dipak. If Jay's suggestion does not fix the problem, I have another idea
you can try. Locate your OLE32.DLL file. The default folder for this file
is
C:\Windows\System32. Click on Start | Run. In the "Open" box, type:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll

If necessary, replace "c:\windows\system32" with the actual path to the
ole32.dll file on your computer. You only have to run this command once (not
every time you start the computer).
