registry settings first week ofyear

We use outlook 2003 with different languages (Dutch and English).

By default Outlook is configured to start week 1 on January the 1st.

In Europe standard is that week 1 must have at least 4 days of January in
it.

We can set this in Outlook.

How can we set this in the registry settings?
