Regular Contact Form Displaying Business Contacts

When I opened Business Contacts in the Business Contact Manager, it used to
open the contact with the custom Business Contacts form. Now it all of a
sudden is just opening my Business Contacts with the regular Contacts form.
Any ideas on what happened? Any idea about how I fix this? Thanks.
