regular contacts and business contacts

Can your regular contacts be synced to your business contacts? I have
information in both that I need. I have a blackberry and it will only sych
from the Regular contacts and I have to use the business contacts to use the
user defined forms field but I need the information on my blackberry. Do I
have to manually retype all the information into each contacts database?
