regular expression in Word.

Hi All

Does Word have regular expressions, in the style of Unix? How do you set up
a regular expression to only check for words that start at the beginning or
end of the line? The following expression would check for all words at the
beginning of the line:

^....ment

Any word that had four characters and ended with ment would be found. Note,
it has to have four chars in the beginning part of the word.

You can use wildcard searching, which is similar to (but less capable than)
regular expressions:

Or you can set a reference to the "Microsoft VBscript Regular Expressions"
library in Tools > References. This post shows a simple example:
