Reinstall expired account

Hi, I have a user who received a new computer and did not copy her .grv file
before the old computer was taken. This user has not been on Groove in over
60 days so her backup copy is not available. How would I go about activating
her account on the new computer? Thanks for the help.

I am presuming that you have Groove 2007 version.
You need a 'grv' account backup file - note that this only backs up account
info and not workspaces. You may want to consider a new account instead and
get invited to the workspaces (from other users).
There was a provision before (v3.x) to backup the account to 'groove.net',
as per the Groove User Guide (pg 2) this is no longer available.

Thank you very much. I was thinking I'd have to create a new account. I
just figured I'd see if there was another way around it.
