Reinstall Metamail for Outlook to function with new version?

I keep getting a message when I launch Outlook that it has detected a new
version and that I must reinstall Metamail for it to work correctly. All
queries about Metamail turn up 0 results. What is Metamail and how do I
reinstall it?

Hi,

Go under Tools> Options> Other> Advanced Options> Add-in Manager> and
disable any addins related to Metamail.
Also, you could check for the same in Com Add-ins too under Advanced Options.
