Reinstall of Word

After reformatting HD. Upon opening "Word" I get this
screen that asks me the "Customer Information,
Name,initials,organization, and then the CDKey numbers.
Word came loaded on my Dell laptop and I didn't get the
CDKey. Can anyone tell me how I reload "Microsoft Word"
without the "CD Key"? Thanks!

You don't. Dell should have stuck OEM labels for both Windows and Word (or
Office) on the case of the laptop. If they didn't, call Dell and ask for the
keys.
