reinstall office 07

I am running windows XP and MS 2003. I downloaded the trial version of 07 and
my problems began. The program will not run properly. I believe there is a
program in Outlook for management of contacts, or something like that,i see
this on my list of downloads but, i can't find it-I also purchased the
digital backup and can't find it either. Anyway, i uninstalled MS in add
remove and now i need to reinstall. How can i do that? I think the program is
not installing all the programs even though i highlited the box for a full
install. I tried the MS site, it gives the option to download the trial-which
i did the first time-and when i go to my order page, there is no download
button. I have NO CD, the program was purchased and downloaded via MS
website. Any help is greatly appricated.

2003? What did you buy online? You mention the trial of Office 2007 but talk
about owning something 2003. No clue which add-in you're talking about.

Please clarify what full program you own and what is just a trial version.

but it takes them forever to reply and then, at best, they send instructions,
that usually don't work.

Darlene,

The download process produces a file, which expands to a folder, from which
the program is installed. You should have saved the download file or
folder, and ideally burned it to DVD. Failing that, contact Customer
Service again, telling them what happened and that you need a new download.
Some of this depends on luck, but the last time I had a problem with an
Office download I was given a new download link. Some of the Customer
Service people are apparently more savvy than others.
