Reinstall Office 2000 Premium

I've got one user that gets the program shut down error ...send to MS .. when
starting Word. It only happens when starting Word – not Excel, PP, Access, or
Outlook. I've tried uninstalling just Word then reinstalling it but I get
the same error. I guessing my next bet is to uninstall all of office 2000
then reinstall it. I'm unclear on the best way to save Outlook favorites and
local contact lists. I pretty sure that’s all this user needs. Any help is
appreciated .Any alternative to reinstall are welcome also.

Thanks so much Rob & Garfield!!!. Renaming normal.dot was enough to solve the
problem.
