Reinstall Office 2003 Pro

I replaced my hard drive in my laptop, old one just died. Re installed all
software ok. Installed my office 2003 pro edition, it took the product key,
when I went to run any of the suites it says the product key is invalid. I'm
not sure I understand why. I'm an MSN partner and have a several copies of
it.
