Reinstall Office 2003

I want to install Office 2003 on a new computer. I had originally had Office
2000 Prof, SP3 and Office 2003 upgrade on my old machine. Do I need to
reinstall Office 2000 and SP3 before the Office 2003 upgrade? I have all the
disks.

No. Just start the installation of your Office 2003 Upgrade and when it asks for a
qualifying product then put your Office 2000 in as proof
