Reinstall Office 2007

I'm currently running Vista Home but want to change to Vista Premium, because
of this I'll need to do a clean install. I have a CD with a trial version of
Office 2007 Ultimate on, which I activated online but didn't choose the
'Licence Lock Box'. I still have the product licence key for it, if I
re-install office from my Office trial CD after reformating can I just use
the product licence key again to reactivate Office?
