Probably Digital River.

When you have re-downloaded the file(s) MAKE A COPY ON A CD/DVD!!!!!!! (Also
put on the CD/DVD a text file with your Product key in it....)

Kim: HOW did you get MS to help you? I am in your situation - my drive
crashed and burned, and the Office program was pre-loaded when I got the
computer. Since the computer is out of warranty, Gateway won't help. I can't
get MS to talk to me unless I pay them a $49 fee. Can you get me a phone
number or something? I was told that as long as I registered the program
(which I did), it would be replaceable at no cost by download, but I can't
seem to be able to get there. Can you help me?
