Reinstall Outlook BCM

[Wuss]

This add-on was working fine when I got a message saying Outlook had a
problem and to temporarily disable it. Now I cannot find the com add-in file
to bring it back. My folder shows the BCM file but I have no Business Tools
menu nor toolbar to associate Outlook items.

Please help me -- I can't find any documentation on MS web site!

Does it show up in the Help | About Microsoft Outlook | Disabled Items list?
