reinstall problem with office professional

I think i have version 4.3 for Office Professional and
when I was re-installing it after upgrading to Windows XP-
-on the 18th disc this error the compressed file
MSOFF18.CAB cannot be compressed and may be corrupted.

How can I fix this so i can get my Office program
installed??
