Reinstall problem

Yesterday I was forced to do a clean install on my iMac running OS 10.3.4. I
can't get Office:mac to reinstall. My CD is an upgrade, and I have the CD's
for both Wore98 and Excel 98, which entitled me to this upgrade. I'm posting
this message using my old computer which has Office installed. When I try to
install, it requires a CD key. Where can I find that? Please help if you
can. Thank you very much.

What version are you trying to install? Either way, the CD key should have
come with the media for that version, probably as a yellow sticker somewhere
on the CD case, but not necessarily. It should be clearly labeled CD key,
though. Look carefully for it.

If you have lost the CD key, you can try here:

How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=326246 which says:
Replacement of CD or Product Keys
To replace a CD or Product Key, you must contact PSS. To locate the
appropriate phone number for your product, visit the following Microsoft Web
site:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;CNTACTMS

But if you bought Office with your Mac from Apple, you may need to contact
Apple.
