reinstall/remove TCP/IP in MS OUTLOOK 2000

MS Outlook 2000 will not send/receive, session times out.
ISP says need to remove then reinstall my TCP/IP.
Any ideas?

please post your problem. Any error messages? Maybe your ISP is wrong!
