Reinstall Virtual Directory's

I unfortunatley had to uninstall IIS on my box and lost all my virtual
server/website settings. I got WSS sites up and running but now I need to
get Project server back up. All the files are still in Program Files but I
don't remember which directories need to be associated with which Virtual
servers.
Am I better off uninstalling Projecr server and reinstalling it using an
existing DB?

Firt of all, you have to install IIS, then Extend the Default web site, then
use the EditSite tool to make another Virtual Directory.
