Reinstallation and product key validation

I recently had to reinstall Office 2007 student edition and when I entered my
product key I received a message that it was invalid or had already been
used. Help please.....

What number do you use to call? Every number I find charges $49 to answer
the phone. I had to reformat my computer and reinstall from back-up,
everything else works fine but my Office and Home student needs to be
activated and I can't find the product key I purchased online.

When internet activation fails you are given the option of telephoning. You
choose your location and you get a free-phone number....

Mine has been activated but somehow it keeps giving errors when I try to use
templates. It said my Microsoft Office is not genuine. So I did follow
whatever pop-ups asked yet nothing has changed. I tried another method which
was uninstalling then reinstalled. As a matter of fact, I did that several
times thinking I must have missed something during the installing process. I
got no luck there.

Anyone has any idea what my problem is? I mean the CD is all shiny and
unopened when I got it. Product Key is there so what really went wrong?
