Reinstallation of fonts that have already been deleted

Thank you, Michael and Paul, but my basic questions is, How do I
REINSTALL the fonts that were already deleted. I already learned from
this experience not to delete fonts, but I need to reinstall the ones
that I did delete.

When I click on these deleted fonts in the Office folder Font Book, the
box that is supposed to appear that says "Install" does not appear.
Nothing happens, in fact--no dialogue boxes, nothing opening. This is
true only of the fonts with the .ttf extension ("true type font").

Let's hope you mean the/Applications/Microsoft Office
2004/Office/Fonts/ folder when you say "Office folder Font Book". If
not, ask again because the following advice will be meaningless to you.

Select one of the .ttf fonts in the finder. Hit cmd-I (get Info)
What does it say under "Open With" in the panel that appears?
It should say Font "Book.app (default)"
If it does not choose other... and, in the open dialog that appears,
navigate to and choose Font Book.app You will find it in the
Applications folder of course. Back in the Information panel for your
truetype font, hit "change all" to make every truetype font on your
machine open with Font Book.
Close the get info (cmd-I) window, and *double* click on the font in
/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Office/Fonts/ folder using the
finder. Font book will (re)open and you will get the install dialog.
