reinstallation of Office 2003 after hard drive crash

The hard drive on my laptop crashed and was replaced. When I tried to
reinstall Office 2003, message comes up saying that it can't find a previous
version to replace. Help! I have the original disk and product key.

That msg is what you see when you have an upgrade version, and it cannot
find a qualifying version to upgrade

That's because the qualifying version went away during the hard drive crash.
Any way to get it back?

Call Microsoft Customer / tech support. They will give you a new product key
and will help you install office.

I have a similar problem (my hard drive crashed). How do I call Microsoft? I
can not find a way to do that. Thanks, Trevor
