Reinstallation - Office 2003

I receive the following maeesage when I attempt to use Detect and Repair or a
Complete reinstall, "The installation source for this product is not
available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

Does anyone have a fix for this without having to completely uninstall and
re-install of Office 2003?
