Hi Pinki,
You should be able to see your product ID number on the splash screen you
see when you open any Office application. Otherwise, I believe that you'll
need to call Microsoft and furnish proof of purchase.

Or you can recall the splash screen by clicking "About This Program" under
the Apple menu in Classic or the Program menu in X. If using 98 or 2001,
the CD Key required for installation is also the two center sections of the
Product ID--not sure about X.
