Reinstalled Outlook to new harddrive-problem locating contact list

My Contact List information shows under the tab but is not recognized when
creating email. The message says I do not have an address list associated
with the email. How can I link the two?

Right click your Contacts folder, select 'Properties;and go to the Outlook
Address Book tab. Make sure the "Show this folder as an E-mail Address
Book" checkbox is checked.
