Reinstalled XP..cant access backup of Encrypted Folder

Helllo everyone. I cant believe I got myself in this
mess. I did a clean install of windows xp pro to tiddy
up my system.....I had created a backup of 'My
Documents', which happened to be encrypted, and now....I
can not access it. How do I get around this? Thanks in
