Reinstallin chained MUI pack (SP1) with admin install point with (

I've got a problem when reinstalling Office SP2 on clients where Office SP1
is already installed.
Installations are done from an network administrative installation point
(SP2 slipstreamed)

With the MSI commandline, I use "REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomu"

This works for reinstalling Office 2003 components, but de MUI packs where
installed with the chained install method and are not updated to SP2 level.

I could apply the patches to the clients but I think the patch work should
have been done with the used commandline above.

I even tried to modify the setuppro.ini file in de .\setup\ folder. For
every chained install I edited the CmdLine entry with "REINSTALL=ALL". This
wasn't working.
It looks like the Office setup works trough the chained install only once.

I shouldn't be the only one with this problem, so can anyone help me?
