reinstalling and reactivating Visio 2002

I am working with a user who installed Visio 2002 on a
computer. That computer has now been replaced. Visio 2002
and been installed on the new computer but it needs to be
activated. When the activation wizard is run and I try to
activate it via the internet I get a message that the
software ha already been activated. What do I need to do
to deactivate this and reactivate for the new computer.
