Employee discount copies may be different in their licensing than an OEM
copy. OEM copies are tied to the hardware on which it is first installed.
I am not familiar with an "employee discount copy" other than the Home Use
Program for Office Enterprise.

After furious head scratching, retired air force guy asked:
