Hello,

I unfortunately lost my hard-drive this past weekend, reinstalled a new one however I don't have my Microsoft Office Suite from a year ago. Is there any possibility of getting it back without repurchasing it? Can they look up my registration to confirm my purchase or somethign along those lines? Thank you in advance.

It might be easier to purchase Office 2008 Home edition. You'll need proof
of purchase and pay a fee to get an new CD. It's also possible they don't
have any for purchase any longer. If they do I wouldn't expect a quick
turnaround. You could try eBay. As long as you still have your CD key, it
won't matter if you get a bad key with your purchase.

If you don't need Exchange you can get Office 2008 very reasonably. $117.99.
Even the Special edition with Expression Media ($196.00) is cheaper now than
the Standard version ($234.00). The upgrade is $194.49

Hope this helps!
