ReInstalling Office 2003 on Vista

I have Vista 64. I had to reload on my computer and when I tried to load
office 2003 it loads but when any of the programs come up (excel,word etc) I
get the following message "Microsoft Office has not been installed for the
current user. Please run setup to install the application" I have reinstalled
,uninstalled but to no avail. It still will not work. Anyone have any ideas?
I have spent hours on this...

You need to wait more than 20 minutes for a response. You need to be logged
in as the administrator to accept the ELUA.
