Reinstalling Office 2007 from upgrade CD's following system crash

Hi, Can someone help please?

Some time ago I upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007 Professional.

I have had to re-install Windows XP and although the original folders with
most of the Office 2007 components are still there, none of the MSOffice
programs will run. The error message says there's not enough memory but I
have had it working fine for ages before this.

Therefore, I decided to re-install MSOffice 2007 but I have an upgrade
version, it says the path I have chosen does not point to a qualifying
upgradable Product. I have have re-pointed to various directories containing
Office products but to no avail.

Is there a relatively easy way to get this fixed? I no longer have Office
2003.

You need to Office 2003 disks in order to install the upgrade.
