Reinstalling Office 2K Pro on W2k Pro SP4 PC

I cannot reinstall Office 2K Pro on a W2K Pro SP4 PC. During the install
I'm prompted to insert MS SP4 CD to restore protected files.
I d/l and expanded IT network SP4 for W2K and burned it to a CD, but the
installer doesn't recognize the CD.
Might be because I burned the CD w/ the expanded sp4 files in a directory
named SP4.
How can create a SP4 CD that'll permit to install Office 2K Pro on a W2K Pro
SP4 PC?
If I have to order a CD from MS which SP4 CD do I order - network install
or single PC install?
