reinstalling program/registration

My computer recently crashed bc of a virus, I lost everything and had to
reinstall my microsoft student programs. The problem is when I open the
programs it says that I have to register, and then when I try to register
again it says it's already registered on another computer. I only have a few
more chances to open microsoft works before it starts not letting me save my
work- I'm a university student who needs to write papers! Please help!
