Reinstalling

I want to format my hard drive on my computer but I want
to know what file in Outlook can I save that will restore
my emails and contacts in Outlook after I reinstall it.

The file is *.pst, search to include hidden files.
Once copied to cd, you have to copy to hd then ensure read only flag off,
before Opening/Importing
