Reissue/update Excel 2003 viewer to include the March 2006 patch

Please update the Excel 2003 viewer to include the March 2006 security patch.

Viewers are not considered part of office, thus there are no security
patches. Besides, the issue may not exist for viewer.

Hi Anita,

While the issue addressed by the March 2006 MS-012 update does affect Office 2003 and the Office 2003 series viewers

MS generally doesn't release a new version of affected software to incorporate updates (security or otherwise). I would suspect
that the Office 2007 family, now in development, could include a new set of viewers. If you're presently using Microsoft Updates
settings to check for applicable updates it should update the viewers and other affected programs for you.
