Reize text box attached to shape - How?

I'm unable to find a way to resize a text box that's attached to a shape.
Currently the text box is only as wide as the shape. I want the text box to
be wider since I have a lot of text and don't want it narrowly stacked up
under the icon.

For example, the Exchange 2007 mailbox server shape seems to have a locked
text box size that will not allow me to have text go wider than the shape. I
see no menu option that changes this behavior. Other shapes DO let me have
wider text boxes.

I don't have that shape in front of me, but, you might want to check one of
the shape sheet entries. Right click the shape, open shape sheet, scroll
down to the Text Transform section, and check the entry for TxtWidth. To
allow the text box to expand, the entry should read TEXTWIDTH(TheText).

Working in Visio 2003, I had a try with the "Mailbox store" shape.
I could not resize the text shape with the little known Text Box Tool.
But I could after deleting a Guard function in the shapesheet.
