Rejecting an update

One of my team member has delegated a task to another member.
The other member has accepted it.
But I as administrator has rejected the delegation.
How do I notify my member regarding the rejection message?

Assuming that your Project Server administrator properly configured the
e-mail capabilities of Project Server, the system will automatically send an
e-mail message to the person regarding the rejection. If your system is not
configured properly, then your only options are: (1) send an e-mail to the
person, (2) call the person, or (3) go visit the person.

Also, the team member to whom the task was delegated cannot accept the
delegation. Only the manager of the project can accept or reject the
delegation. Hope this helps.
