Relationship Screen Annoyance

Has anyone else encountered this (Access 2003)?

Every so often in the relationship screen, I am unable to click and drag a
particular object. I must click some other field in some other object, then
go back to the original object to select and drag it.

This is an annoyance rather than a problem.

I am curious if is this is a bug in Access or some setting I can change?

Yes: there is a communication problem between Access and Windows. It is not
limited to the Relationships window: it can occur in other contexts, such as
query design.

If this is Windows XP, you may be able to solve the problem by
right-clicking on the desktop, and setting the Theme to Windows Classic. You
may not enjoy the old look, but it will at least verify that this is the
problem you are experiencing.
