Relationships failing to connect to table in a database model

It's happened to me in both a Database daigram and in a
ULM model.

Have you debugged the drawing completly
Database/Model/Check...?

I ended up cutting and pasting the disgram elements from
the busted drawing to a fresh one and that seemed to work
(not erfectly with the uml model as it didn't copy over
the items packadge hierachy).
