Relationships not Imported

I created a blank Access 2003 database and imported all the tables from
another Access 2003 database, but even though I confirmed that
"Relationships" was checked in options, it didn't import them. I go to the
relationships windows and click "Show all Relationships" and get nothing.
How can I import the relationships between the tables along with the tables?
