Relationships window - is there a better editor ?

The relationships window is a pretty good tool, but are there other
versions or diagram editors with an improved feature set?

Looking for:
- moving a selection of tables
- left/right/top/bottom aligning a selection of tables
- vertical/horizontal distributing a selection of tables
- annotations, arbitrarily placed or attached to a relationship line
- grouping with a visible containing rectangle or poly shape
- a follow the data mode. Enter/select a row in one table see record
counts of all dependent relations

Not exactly what you asked for, but Stephen Lebans has a utility that allows
you to save multiple relationship views:

That allows you to break a large project down into multiple chunks.

I also have a very rudimentary routine to automagically format the
Relationship window. The code/logic is in that Relationship Window to PDF
doc project that I never got around to final testing and releasing. I think
I'll release it now, as is, since the code has been sitting here for almost
a year now untouched.
