I have created a form & am trying to create a relationship between several
fields.

For example:
One field is - location
One field is - size
One field is - price
One field is - quantity
And then the other field needs to be a calculation of the cost. If you buy
from this location at this size it is this price x the quantity.

How can I build this relationship so that it comes up with a dollar value?
