relative address for db connection

I have an ms access form saved as htm and it connects to a separate access
file that has the would hold the data from the form. Is it possible to put
in a relative address for the database connection? Whenever I put in the
relative address and click ok and then check to make sure the address is
correct, an absolute address is in there.

The files are saved on our SharePoint site so I am having a difficult time
figuring out an absolute path that works so I was just thinking it would be
nice if I could just use the relative path since they are in the same
document library.
