Relative Positioning Within Shared Border

How do I position a Banner Ad within a Top Shared Border
(layed out with a table)relative to (above and to the
right of) a Company Logo Graphic? Absolute Positioning is
subject to the whim of Viewing Screen size (and possibly
resolution).

Do you think this will enable me to actually place the
Banner Ad "on top of" the Company Logo Graphic (as if in a
Z layer arrangement), not just above it? Refer to

Okay! Thanks! I cropped the logo image in a way that
enabled me to put (i.e.superimpose) both graphic and the
Banner Ad in the same cell in the table used for the
layout in the top shared border at www.beteurus.com. I
will test across several machines and browsers to see if
this is truly the Fix!
