Relative web cell reference (Third time posting same question...still no answer)

I want to post two spreadsheets to a shared web folder,
SS A and SS B. A contains cells that reference data in
B, and this works fine when both files are on my local
hard drive, but I have run into a roadblock because Excel
doesn't seem to be able to call relative paths when the
destination file (the one with the reference to another
file) is on the web ... even when the two files are in
the same web folder.

How can I set up the relative reference?

You can't. Excel doesn't support relative pathnames in external links. I don't
know what you mean by this working fine on your local harddisk.
