We believe we have resolved the issues on bluegro3. If you are using bluegro3
as your Groove relay server and have been experiencing synchronization or
awareness issues, please shut down and restart Groove.

To find the name of your relay server, on the Option menu, click
Communications Manager, and then click Network Settings. Check the value of
Relay Server URL.
