Relinking access w/ODBC using Access Runtime

Hi,
Is there a command reference guide or paper somewhere that details the
functionality of the Access Runtime? I have been given the task of
relinking an ODBC source with an Access db using the Access Runtime, does
anyone have any good ideas on how to do this?

There are a few features that are disabled in the GUI (like filter-by-form), but
there is very little (perhaps nothing) that you can't do in code with the
Runtime compared to licensed version. There used to be a help topic that
discussed ALL of the differences in Access 97. I assume the newer versions
still have it.
